Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via post or over the Internet.

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2000 No. 2334), transpose into UK law the European Directive 97/7/EC on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. These regulations apply to transactions on this website, therefore we must provide clear and comprehensible information to enable you, the consumer, to decide whether to buy.  We strive to give as much information on our goods as possible on the website. Shipping And Handling As most of our goods are "high value" items we will arrange insurance and obtain a signature on delivery.  We show the insurance and shipping/delivery  charges on the shopping cart page.  Unless we gain agreement from you beforehand we do not make any handling or packaging charge.

Delivery Schedule We mainly supply bespoke services. That is to say that each item is made to your requirements (eg a specific tartan, cloth, size etc). Therefore delivery will generally not take place in under seven days and will normally be despatched within 6 weeks. If there is any change to this we will advise you before we ask you to commit to the purchase.
We aim to deliver "off the shelf items" within 3 business days to arrive with you the following day. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Price & Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Our prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT. We also show an INDICATIVE price in US Dollars that is VAT free. This is on the assumption that overseas orders in this currency are VAT exempt. The final price is shown in the shopping cart in pounds sterling (£).

Payment is required by credit or debit card prior to goods being shipped. We do not debit your card until the goods are ready for shipment. However, these prices may be changed without notice and,  for the avoidance of doubt, it should be clearly understood that this website, and any other advertising, is classified as an invitation to treat, rather than an offer which is capable of being accepted.  A legally binding contract comes into enforce only when we email you to confirm that we can accept your order and fulfil it within the agreed dates.

The Right to Cancel an Order Under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you have a right to a cooling off period of seven days from the date of contract. However, the regulations state that certain contracts are excluded from the right to cancel such as a contract for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications (regulation 13). This applies to most goods that we sell. Where this is not the case we shall so advise you.

Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with any our products then you may contact us within seven days of receipt for a return number.

Most of our products are bespoke and we can only consider a return for thse items if there is a defect in the product. As we carefully check our goods before shipment we trust this will not happen. However, in this unlikely event, please contact us within seven days of receipt for a return number.

Under no circumstances should goods be returned without a return number. Most of our goods are high value items and responsibility for them remains with the customer until they are returned in original condition to us. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs. When we issue a return number we shall advise you of the return address and any necessary customs documentation.
